• Chips (Jerks) made from chicken, pork or beef, consisting of fillet, nitrite salt, pepper, onion and a mixture of seasonings. Jerky is a versatile meat product that not only goes great with a foamy drink, but can also be a healthy low-calorie snack;

• Polendvitsa from pork. Consists of pork meat, nitrite salt, pepper, paprika, garlic. This is the most tender and soft sirloin meat, cleaned of fat, marinated in aromatic spices and dried in a drying chamber for 3 days.

• Beef basturma is directly beef polendvitsa, nitrite salt, pepper and a mixture of seasonings. The beef is marinated and then cured for 14 days. The meat has a unique spicy taste, for which many people fell in love with it.

• Homemade sausage. Contains: Pork and beef meat, salt, pepper, seasoning mix. The sausage is cut by hand and packed in vacuum or rings.

• Salty bacon. Salo is salted with nitrite salt, pepper and a special mixture of spices. It makes no sense to talk about the special taste of bacon, because it is familiar to everyone.
